What is included in each Lynks package?

The Free Zone and Mainland packages include company setup and one residence visa, with its medical and Emirates ID. Other items, such as company documents, establishment card and lease arrangements, depend on the zone or activity and are confirmed by an advisor. See the comparison above.

What is the difference between a licence-only package and a package with a residence visa?

A licence-only setup covers the company licence without a residence visa. Our Free Zone and Mainland packages include one residence visa. Offshore setup, which is licence only, is AED 10,000. For any other licence-only setup, the price is quoted to your activity.

Are government fees included in the displayed price?

The displayed prices are Lynks package prices including one visa. Which government, authority or third-party charges apply depends on the zone, activity and your situation. Ask your advisor to list them in your written quote before you commit.

Does the package include a corporate bank account?

No. Banking assistance is optional, from AED 1,000 as a Lynks fee. Whether an account is opened is decided by the bank. See the corporate banking page.

Are additional visas available?

Yes, subject to the authority’s eligibility and quota. Ask a Lynks advisor for the cost for your case. Our visa guide explains the routes.

Can I choose my business activity?

Yes, within what the chosen authority permits. Some activities need extra approvals. Your advisor will confirm your activity before you commit.

Can I choose between Mainland and Free Zone?

Yes. The right choice depends on where you will trade and your activity. See mainland vs free zone or ask an advisor.

Are there extra charges for certain activities or approvals?

They can be. Some activities, such as general trading, are priced differently, and some need additional approvals. Your advisor confirms this in the quote.

What ongoing renewal and compliance costs should I consider?

Licence and visa renewals, and any accounting or tax obligations, recur after setup. Ask for these upfront so you can plan your budget.

Can Lynks help with accounting and corporate tax?

Yes, as an optional service quoted separately. See accounting, bookkeeping and tax.

How do I get a confirmed quotation?

Speak to an advisor with your activity, jurisdiction preference and the number of visas you expect. You receive the scope and costs before you commit.

Are visa or bank approvals guaranteed?

No. Visas and bank accounts are approved or declined by the relevant authority or bank. Lynks prepares and submits your application but cannot guarantee the outcome.
