At The Lynks Business Solutions L.L.C, we believe in transparency and fairness. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for our services and under what circumstances a refund may be considered.

General Policy

Once a service engagement has begun and the application process has started, fees paid to Lynks are non-refundable.
This includes situations where:
Government or authority fees have already been paid.
Applications have been submitted or initiated.
Documentation has been processed or reviewed.
Work has commenced on your file.
Our services involve advisory work, coordination, and regulatory processes that begin immediately after engagement.

Government & Third-Party Fees

Fees paid to:
UAE government authorities.
Freezone or mainland licensing bodies.
Immigration departments.
Banks or other regulatory entities are non-refundable once submitted — unless the relevant authority itself issues a refund.
If a refund is approved by the authority:
Lynks will facilitate the return of the refunded amount to the client.
Any applicable administrative or processing charges may be deducted.

Cancellation Before Process Starts

If a client cancels before the application process begins and before any government or third-party fees are paid:
A refund may be considered at Lynks’ discretion.
Administrative, consultation, or processing fees already incurred may be deducted.

No Refund for Outcomes Beyond Our Control

Refunds are not issued based on:
Application rejections.
Processing delays.
Changes in client circumstances.
Changes in government regulations.
Decisions made by authorities, banks, or regulatory bodies.
These factors are outside the control of The Lynks Business Solutions L.L.C.

Refund Processing Timelines

Where a refund is approved by The Lynks Business Solutions L.L.C, it will be processed within:
Up to 30 working days from the date of written refund confirmation.
Refunds that depend on government authorities, freezones, immigration departments, or banks are subject to their respective processing timelines.
Lynks does not control or guarantee the timeframe for such refunds, but will assist in following up with the relevant authority where possible.
